What happens after I submit my information?

A licensed agent in your area will review your request and reach out within 24 hours.

Who will contact me?

A licensed coverage agent. You'll hear from them by phone, text, or email depending on what you provided.

Will I get a lot of spam calls?

No. Your information is shared with a matched agent — not blasted to dozens of companies. You can expect 1–2 contacts from an agent.

What if I don't hear from anyone?

If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, email us at support@yllwbus.com and we'll follow up.

Can I cancel my request?

Yes. Email support@yllwbus.com with your name and request details and we'll remove your information.

Who sees my information?

Only YellowBus and the licensed agent matched to your request.

Do you sell my data to third parties?

No. Your information is not sold to data brokers or marketing lists.

How do I request my data be deleted?

Email support@yllwbus.com with your name and email. We'll process it within 5 business days.

I need Medicare help — can YellowBus help?
